Ok, so how do you want to arrange this? We just send you money? Or should we reserve shares here? I see no minimum amount, so i'd like to reserve one as a collectors item and to test the waters.

If I interpret your post correctly, you intend to do a share emission. 10.000 shares have been created, of which currently 5.000 are still in the corp and 5.000 shares are held by shareholders.
The NAV is 9B. The value of a share would then be 9b / 5.000 = 1.8M/pc.
You want to emit another 2k shares for 1.8 B (900k/pc). This isk infusion would raise the NAV to 10.8B. The value of shares would then drop to 10.8B/7.000 = ~1.5M/pc.
Or did I misinterpret and is half your NAV made out of the 5.000 shares held by the corp and the other half by other assets? |

I just got a msg that explains some my questions.
The NAV as calculated by EMMA (I'm not very familiar with that program) apparantly only shows what's in the wallet, plus in escrow and assets. The shares held by the corp are not on the balance sheet.
Since the OP, the shareprice (and NAV) has gone down further. I paid for one share regardless of these disturbing developments. Maybe as a shareholder I can figure out what's going on. I'll try to keep people updated.
